LaWana Boone is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in cultural awareness and inclusion. As the CEO and Founder of Cultural Humility Consulting, LLC, she drives initiatives that foster cultural understanding and promote inclusive practices in organizations.

Drawing from her background as an International Flight Attendant and her immersive studies abroad in Ghana, Cuba, and Costa Rica, LaWana brings a unique perspective on cross-cultural dynamics and global interconnectedness. Her experiences in global travel have enriched her ability to navigate cultural complexities and empower others to do the same.

In addition to leading her consultancy, LaWana is a passionate educator, serving as a Adjunct Professor. She holds a B.A. in English, an MBA in Marketing, and Graduate Certificates in African American Literature and Diversity & Inclusion.

LaWana is deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations bridge cultural gaps with empathy and respect. Through engaging storytelling and practical tools, she equips her clients to build more inclusive, equitable environments on a globally.
