At Cultural Humility Consulting, my mission is to provide transformative cultural education that empowers us to learn, and grow collectively. I specialize in delivering tailored facilitation and or workshops that explore the rich tapestry of global cultures. I bring many years of lived international experiences to each session, offering unique insights gained from travel, cross-cultural engagement, and global community building. I can help your team achieve cultural humility and respect, across borders.

Experience

I am a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in travel and cultural awareness . As the CEO and Founder of Cultural Humility Consulting, LLC, I drive initiatives that foster cultural understanding and promote inclusive practices in organizations.

Drawing from my background as an International Flight Attendant and my immersive studies abroad in Ghana, Cuba, and Costa Rica, I bring a unique perspective on global interconnectedness. I have the ability to navigate cultural complexities and empower others to do the same.

In addition to leading my consultancy, I am a passionate educator, serving as an Adjunct Professor. I hold a B.A. in English, an MBA in Marketing, and Graduate Certificates in African American Literature, and Diversity & Inclusion.

I am deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations bridge cultural gaps with empathy and respect via engaging facilitation and storytelling.
